C1000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c1000 platform through the website c1000.app or its related mobile applications, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the c1000 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the c1000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are below the minimum age stipulated under Malaysian law are not permitted to register or use this platform.
C1000 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full c1000 experience, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only hold one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the c1000 support team.
- Users must meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated under Malaysian law.
- Personal information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- Users may not share, transfer, or allow others to use their account.
- Users must notify c1000 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the c1000 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
- Manipulating games or bets through unfair means, including collusion between players.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or threatening content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Accessing the platform via VPN or other means to conceal your actual location.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the c1000 platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Using another person's account information without their permission.
C1000 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect any violations of these terms and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the c1000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered under the same name as their c1000 account.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account upon transaction verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. c1000 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user. c1000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
Account balances do not accrue interest. c1000 reserves the right to retain balances in inactive accounts or apply certain conditions as set out in the inactive account policy.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
C1000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
C1000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance in their account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the c1000 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of c1000 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from c1000.
Third-Party Links
The c1000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. c1000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
C1000 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
